Heating and Cooling system Maintanence. Sam and Wyatt were very professional. Sam explained everything from my splits, to what they were cleaning (coils, etc). The readings in the back LRA and etc were good. Actually cleaned out the debris that started to build up around my AC unit. Also explained why they were recommending a UV light as preventive care. Also good price to keep up with your unit. Two solid visits a year (1 winter and 1 spring) that covers everything for $189. Would highly recommend.

We needed to have our air ducts replaced. We called Austen at Noble Heating and Air. And we are so glad we did. The original quote said it would take 3 days. They ended up sending 3 great techs over to get it done in one day. The crew cleaned my house so well as we had a lot of insulation fall while they were working. We had to replace our entire AC unit not too long ago, and we first called one of the bigger companies in the area. They sent us a sales guy that did his best to keep us from calling around and gave us a hard push for a $24k system. I called around anyway and couldn't be happier with Noble. They got us going with a great system for around half of that much and have been very proactive at keeping us happy and comfortable. The financing was quick and easy too.

I had the lead technician Sam out to my house to discuss repairs on our hvac system. The professionalism and knowledge that he had led to us going over every detail how he was going to fix our system was outstanding. As a local contractor I would gladly recommend him and Noble Air for anything!

As a collision center manager, I have a very high standard when it comes to quality and attention to detail and this team exceeded those expectations in every way. They performed a full HVAC system replacement in my home, including air conditioning installation, all new ductwork, copper refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical wiring, and both indoor and outdoor units. The only thing untouched were the existing metal vents, which were still in great shape. I chose a Rheem SEER-18 high-efficiency heat pump system, complete with double surge protection and a special UV light installed in the air handler to improve indoor air quality and prevent microbial growth. Best of all, the system qualifies for a 25C federal HVAC tax credit, which made the investment even more worthwhile. Noble Air has helped us with two repairs and preventative maintenance for our AC Unit. Each time, their response has been fast and thorough. Most recently Sam came out for a standard maintenance visit and to check our system for any growth or buildup after our tenants reported concerns about air quality. He explained in detail everything he did, recommended repairs, and gave us multiple options at differing price points. He gave his own professional opinion based off his findings, rather than simply pushing the highest dollar repairs. He has helped us with our dehumidifier on numerous occasions and with our air con unit when he worked for a different company. Last year after the hurricanes Sam arrived at church one Sunday and discovered that although the power was back on, the a/c wasnt working. He immediately volunteered to address the problem. Austin is the bomb when it comes to HVAC! He is an experts expert and can quickly surmise just what the problem is and is quick to proffer a terrific solution. He is cost conscious, dependable, reliable, conscientious, cheerful, prompt and courteous. He is basically everything you would want in a cooling man. He and his company solved our 21 year old ongoing HVAC problem by creating a functional, zone baffling system, correcting errors made by two other companies and did it for less money than our current HVAC service contractor as well as two other bidders. So, if you need A/C help, Austin and Noble Air should be your first call. They will be your last call.

I called this company around 530p and had an agent (Austin) at our house about 745pm! They had the cheapest after hours fee and a comparable diagnostic fee. Austin called on his way to get more information and felt he knew exactly what the issue was. Sure enough, it was exactly what he suspected! He was friendly, attentive and quick! They also offer a fairly priced maintenance plan which comes with visits 2x per year. Id highly recommend this company!

Prior companies looked at my ac and told me flat out that they need to take put my ac if I wanted it cleaned. Thanks to Chris he was able to appropriately tell me what was wrong. What really needed to be touched up and cleaned. Not even 30 minutes of him being here my AC feels noticeably stronger and colder.
