Austen Bentz – Owner & HVAC Expert
As the owner of Noble Air Solutions, Austen Bentz brings a deep passion for HVAC systems and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional comfort solutions across the Tallahassee area.
On the residential side, Austen specializes in custom system and duct designs that enhance comfort, efficiency, and air quality. Every layout is engineered to perform quietly, distribute air evenly, and maximize energy savings—because he believes every family deserves the best, safest, and most reliable care possible.
On the commercial side, Austen’s expertise extends to building automation and advanced HVAC controls, integrating precision engineering with smart technology to keep facilities operating at peak performance. From zoning strategies to energy management systems, he partners with building supervisors to deliver dependable comfort and long-term value.
A natural problem-solver and leader, Austen thrives on teamwork, continuous improvement, and innovation. His commitment to learning keeps Noble Air Solutions at the forefront of HVAC technology and customer care.

Sam – Senior Technician
Sam is a senior technician at Noble Air. Originally from Ochlocknee, GA and now living in Monticello, FL. Sam has spent the last year with Noble Air tackling the daily challenges of HVAC and brings a problem solving mindset to each job.
Outside of work you can find him with his wife and three kids, hunting, fishing, or helping out on their farm. Prior to HVAC, Sam is a former police officer who is dedicated to making every environment safe. He is EPA certified and loves working on BAS systems. “I treat every customer like family, because that’s how I would want someone to treat mine.”
Kalvin – HVAC Technician
Originally from Bainbridge, Georgia, Kalvin or better known around as “Mr. Everything,” has been a valuable member of the Noble Air team for almost a year. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the HVAC field, Kalvin brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and dedication to every project. He attended trade school at Pinellas Technical, where he earned his journeyman’s license.
He also holds a universal EPA certification that specializes in ductwork, system installs, and blueprint reading. When not on the job Kalvin enjoys giving back to the community by coaching little league football and cheering on his own boys from the sidelines. He is also an avid fisherman who loves spending time outdoors. We’re proud to have Kalvin on our team, he truly lives up to the name, “Mr. Everything!”
Jo – HVAC Technician
Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Jo has been a dedicated member of the Noble Air team for the past six months. As an Install and Service Technician, he brings a strong work ethic, natural talent, and genuine passion for the HVAC industry. Jo holds all three EPA certifications and takes pride in working on both residential and commercial systems. He’s especially interested in the business side of HVAC and enjoys seeing how the company continues to grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Jo loves catching up on sleep, playing soccer and boxing, and watching movies. His open-minded and kind approach, paired with his intuitive problem-solving skills, make him a valued part of the Noble team.
Jaiden – Office Manager
As the Office Manager at Noble Air Solutions, Jaiden keeps operations running smoothly and coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish. Her favorite part of the job is the family-like atmosphere and the strong relationships she’s built with both the team and the customers. For her, the most rewarding moments come from helping people restore comfort to their homes, no matter the day or time.
Outside of work, Jaiden is a newlywed and proud dog mom with a passion for forensic science. She loves all things vintage, mysterious, and bookish. Truly an old soul at heart who brings warmth and curiosity to everything she does.
