My air was not working in my brand new house. I called everyone who would or could help me. No one answered. I called Noble and they answered on 2 rings. Someone was at my house in about an hour. Sam was amazing. He helped fix my air, explained the problem, helped me get my dogs in the house (even when they decided to go on an adventure, he came and helped and got me and the dogs) but mainly- he was understanding of my situation. With sweating horribly bad and having a long day, he was the saving I needed. I AM EXTREMELY GLAD he was the one who came to help me.

Woke up to our AC not blowing cold air. Noble Air Solutions was the only company that was able to get someone out later that same morning. Also, our ac is over 40 years old so I was worried it was done for, but the tech replaced a part, and got it blowing cold air again. I also really like how he explained everything and let me know what he was doing and why. I will definitely be using Noble again, especially once my ac kicks the bucket lol

Noble air is a honest hvac company. They worked with roofers( who sucked) to use a crane in one day to save us thousands of dollars not having to use a crane the second day. They replaced two 7.5 ton units for us. It wasnt easy but they did it. Highly recommend for any commercial project.

Justin was extremely nice and professional. Explained what could be going on and gave me up front estimates of what he could find and the costs associated. Found and fixed my issue in less than an hour. Explained what he fixed and told me about another non-emergency fix that he could come back and do when I was ready. Will definitely be the first number I dial when I have any hvac issues.

Google Review Excellent service from start to finish! My air conditioner stopped working last night, so I called at 7:15 AM this morning. Ms. Cathy answered, was incredibly kind, and worked with me to fit in a service call with Justin today since I had to leave work. The motor in my air handler had gone out, and Justin took the time to explain the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got my AC back up and running quickly. Im definitely not sleeping in the heat tonight! The price was very reasonable, and I truly appreciate how helpful and accommodating everyone was. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend their service!

I am so impressed by this company, and Sam in particular. First time we called Noble, Sam came out to give me a second opinion on a recommendation from another company. He diagnosed the underlying problem, which was cheaper to fix than the band aid the other company wanted me to install. Just a few weeks later, we called him back out on a Saturday because our A/C wasnt working. He found that hundreds of ants had taken up residence in the outdoor unit. He cleaned them out and had our house cool again within an hour of me calling. Highly recommend!
